That's because she lives there. But if you go from Belgium to England, you'll have a lot of problems in the beginning probably (Money issues), because England is more expensive to live then in Belgium.
But after a while when you have decent job (The salaries there are higher then here, you just have to have some money in the beginning) and a house, apartment,.. You'll enjoy it.
But anyways, to live in London is just on my list for place I want to live (or have lived).
